Am kommenden Mittwoch, den 21.2., lädt unsere English Drama Group unter Leitung von Herrn Wysocki alle ein, um 18.30 Uhr in der Aula unserer Schule bei der Aufführung unseres englischsprachigen Musicals "Friendly FASHION Monsters" dabei zu sein. Das Musical ist als Theaterstück selbst geschrieben und auch die Lieder sind selbst komponiert und von den Schülerinnen und Schülern gesungen, thematisch dreht sich alles um das Thema Fair Trade (Ende ca. 20 Uhr).
Der Eintritt kostet 2€ und Karten können in jeder großen Pause im Foyer aber auch noch an der Abendkasse erworben werden. Getränke und Grillwürstchen werden an dem Abend von der Q2 verkauft. Herzliche EInladung bei dieser Weltpremiere dabei zu sein!

Friendly FASHION Monsters
This is a play about friendship, courage and fair trade.
In the play there are 4 girls and 4 boys who are friends. While shopping they find a help message on price tag and find out that it´s been written by the factory worker in India who tailored the apparel. The friends react quite differently to it: some want to help and take action against the working conditions others feel helpless and are ignorant.
They have an argument about this and in the course of the play two of the friends think they can stop such an injust system of supply chains and mass production by kidnapping the CEO of a major clothing company: Mr K. They get access to his house and tie him to his office chair. Mr K. is not intimidated by the burglars at all but accuses them of being responsible for the exploitation of workers from abroad because it is them who want to buy cheap clothes, everyone is hunting for the lowest prices, the best bargain. The friends are so irritated that they let go of Mr K. and return to the others.
To make a change they want to found their own clothing company paying fair wages. But then Mr K. appears again. Is he going to take revenge?
